Every Aaron Hall Executive package includes three phases:
Phase 1: Let’s get to know each other
In this one hour consultation we will discuss what achieve by spending your time with me, your eating habits, your exercise history and your medical history. We will take before photos, measurements and a body composition test. This will allow me to develop a program tailored specifically to you.
Phase 2: Let’s do this
After the consultation is when the fun stuff begins! Depending on the program you choose will result in the number of times a week we see each other. This is the phase where your results will begin to come to life. I will also be checking in on your nutrition and making recommendations for supplementation and any dietary alterations.
Phase 3: Now Where?
So, you’re finally where you wanted to be three months ago! Now where do you go? What is the next thing you want to check off your list? I’m a strong believer that there is always room for improvement, and that anything is possible when you set your mind to it. In this phase, we will reassess and figure out which direction to go next.
