The first session is typically a one hour consult, where I do a detailed goal assessment so I can design a customized program to show you an estimated timeline to achieve your goals. I offer private training sessions in the comfort of your own home, or at my in-home studio, located in the Southeast community of New Brighton. With one-on-one training, you also have the flexibility of choosing when you want to train, making it easier to fit your workouts in every week!
